Our experienced team works with organisations all over the country, and our loans have helped to fund high-quality schemes across multiple sectors including care homes, student accommodation, office premises and residential developments. Every project we have backed has differing needs, which is why we work hard to provide tailored support that best reflects the individual requirements of the project and the borrower.

Our focus is on providing first-charge, senior development loans of between £10 million and £100 million. Our track record speaks for itself – we have been able to participate in over £2 billion of loans across hundreds of projects since we began trading in 2013.
