Senior stretch development loans

We offer unregulated first-charge development loans for up to 36 months, which provide access to a greater level of funding than may be typically offered by a mainstream provider.

We provide unregulated bridging loan facilities for up to 18 months to experienced developers, where speedy access is needed to secure sites or enhance existing planning consents.

Stabilisation finance

We provide stabilisation loans for up to 24 months, which enable developers to refinance development funding while the project matures or is marketed for sale. We will consider both to-sell strategies and operational real estate that need time to reach maturity.
